Provisions for return and exchange

  • If performance failure occurs within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, the consumer may choose to return, exchange or repair the product (the legal 7-day return without reason applies to the goods purchased through the Internet, television, telephone, mail order, etc.).
  • If performance failure occurs within 15 days after receiving the product, the consumer may choose to replace or repair the product.
  • Twice in 3 packets of period of validity, repair (refer to the safety of the product performance failure and use of performance failure handling twice, does not include the repair of other quality problems), still can't normal use of products (refers to product safety performance or the use of performance not meet the requirements of the product standards or does not have the public recognized as the use of the products shall meet the performance). If you buy our products, how to arrange the logistics and whether to charge?

After purchasing our products, how soon can we arrange delivery? How late can you arrange shipment?

If you need to extend the delivery time because of the needs of home decoration progress, you can communicate with the sales staff about the specific extension time. How do I check the warranty period?
  • The date on which the consumer receives the product shall be the start date of the warranty period;
  • Take the installation date as the starting date of the warranty period;
  • The warranty period will start three months after the production date shown in the product number.
Note: The first calculation method is used as the main method. In the case that the first calculation method cannot be provided, the above date which is most beneficial to consumers shall be taken as the date from which the warranty period begins.
The following items do not belong to the scope of free warranty. Under the condition of having repair conditions, and can clearly identify the product packing case or the whole machine label labeled with "product number", charge repair will be carried out:
  • Damage is caused by improper use, maintenance or storage by a consumer;
  • Damage is caused by the installation, disassembly and repair of the non-Party Pacific or the repair point designated by the Party Pacific (not the person who undertakes the three-guarantee repair);
  • No purchase voucher and valid invoice;
  • The model of the voucher or invoice is inconsistent with the model of the repaired product or has been altered;
  • The damage is caused by force majeure;
  • The product exceeds the warranty period;
  • Note: IF YOU cannot clearly identify the "PRODUCT number" labeled on the product packing case or the whole machine, please contact the seller, and the seller will provide three packages and other services according to the relevant national regulations.
